Building Entrance and Ticket Entry Times

Entry is on the side of the building which can be accessed off the Ghent Avenue driveway. To accommodate for the cold weather, we have created a lobby waiting area to get people checked in. Please have your printed ticket or ticket code visible on your mobile phone, along with a picture ID for fastest check in.

VIP ticket holders may enter starting at 4:45.
General admission ticket holders will NOT be able to enter the venue until 6:00.

There will be NO in person ticket sales the day of the event. All ticket purchases must be made online. Please plan accordingly! Designated driver tickets are $15 online day of the event. If you previously reserved a DD ticket, they can be picked up at the will call station on the night of the event.

LOCATION

Montessori School of Dayton
2900 Acosta Street
Kettering, OH 45420

PARKING

Since we are in a residential neighborhood, we ask that you park on the school side of the road. We work hard to be a good neighbor, and your help is appreciated. There is limited parking behind the school. This parking can be accessed from Ghent Avenue. Once the back lot is full, please use street parking.

Growler/Bottle Sales

At the end of the evening, from 8:30-9:00pm we offer growler and bottle sales of any beer that remains. With the exquisite selection of beers, pricing will vary. For those interested, we encourage you to bring your clean growler ready to be filled.  Be sure to grab some amazing craft beer to take home.

Silent Auction

This year we will be hosting an expanded silent auction. Items include date nights, sporting events, weekend getaways, outdoor items and of course beer related items. We're using online bidding site, https://www.32auctions.com/brewha-ha2019 for placing bids.

Check out the items, download the app before you arrive and start bidding. Several auction items will be added the night of the event so keep checking back. Cash and credit are accepted on all winning bids. We will also have auction helpers who can place bids — just ask for help.
